President's Day Holiday

Jake and Sam spent the day working on
Sam's Leather merit badge. Jake
made a sheath for his knife and Sam
made a sheath for his pocket knife.
We have to Thank Randall Yearout
(Piper's Dad) for giving us some tools
this year at Christmas. Without these
tools, Sam and Jake wouldn't have been
able to make such cool designs. I don't
know if you can see very well but Sam
made an Eagle on his Sheath. I was very
impressed. But that is not hard since I am
his mother. Later that day we took the
kids to see the "Body Works" exhibit at
the Science Center. It was a very cool
display of the human anatomy. I just hope I
look that good with all my skin peeled off.
Just kidding. Anyways, I learned quite
alot and it was cool to see everything up
close and personal.

That is so cool. I remember making leather crafts in jr. high. Sadly I remember making mom a hair clip and she wore it as any good mother would, to sad. It didn't look as good as Sam's or Jakes projects. When Becky and I went to Chicago we saw Body Works 2. It was very interesting to say the least. Love you guys.
