Thanksgiving

We had the opportunity to go to Utah for Thanksgiving.

We stayed with Dani and Tom. And Riley, Brooke and Elle

The kids had so much fun playing with the cousins.

Happy Halloween!
This year we were able to enjoy Halloween with
Meredith. However she got sick and I was sleepy all
the time. Hopefully next visit we will all be better.
And hopefully we will be visiting her in New York.
As you can see everyone had fun carving pumpkins.
This year Sam was a scary black thing, and Liz was
a pirate. And yes the fourth pumpkin is a fish. Why?
I have no idea, Liz carved it out for me. The only thing I
miss about Halloween is the cool temperatures. It is
hard to get in the spirit of the Holidays when the temps
are still in the 90's. Oh what I would give for a nice crisp
temp in the 40's or 50's. Atleast the kids don't have to
hide their costumes underneath coats!

Meredith is here!!!

Meredith is here and will be spending a few

days with us so more pictures will follow I am sure.

She just got here this morning. And will be

spending Halloween with us.

State Championship!!

Jake got 8th place this year

at the State championships

for his category in shooting.

His goal was to be in the top

10, so I think he did a great job!

Sam's middle school band was in their first parade

today. I didn't get a picture of Sam because I

couldn't find him until it was too late.

Miss Piper Pansy

This was my first shoot with Jake. My alias is

Miss Piper Pansy. Named after my cute sister inlaw

who called me a "pansy" for being scared to shoot a

shot gun. She will be happy to know that I did it. And

I didn't cry. I got help from everyone in our posse.

So there might even be a next time. I didn't look

at my scores. They were horrid. But it was fun

overall. Except today I am recovering from a lovely

sunburn. Next time I will wear sunblock!!!

Liz's New Hair cut!

Liz decided to get her hair cut yesterday.

It turned out real cute on her.

The Ship

On the ship they take pictures of you. Getting on

the ship getting off the ship, eating dinner, and then

around the ship there are places to get you pictures

taken. It is actually quite fun. Here are just a couple

This was our last stop of the trip. And it was a quickie too.

We were only in port for about 6 hours. But since I had never

been to Victoria before, Marci took me out and walked

around town. We were also on a mission for Mr.Big bars.

They are a candy bar found only in Canada. Brenda and her

sister Teri gave us money and told us not to come back until

we had some. Luckily we hit the local 7-11 and found a ton.

We bought 14 for the girls. Hope that was enough!! :)
